Privacy notice
Your information should not become our hobby.
This site is designed to collect little, explain clearly and retain only what is needed.
1. Who controls your data
Al Nowais FinCorp Limited is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Its registered office is 203 Allied Building, Second Floor, Rue de la Possession, P.O. Box 381, Victoria, Mahé, Republic of Seychelles.
2. What we collect
We may collect information you submit through the contact form, including your name, organisation, email address, enquiry category and message. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security events.
The website does not intentionally collect banking credentials, account instructions, payment-card data or customer-onboarding documents. Please do not submit them.
3. Why we process it
- To receive, assess and respond to corporate enquiries.
- To route communications to the appropriate person.
- To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.
- To maintain records where reasonably required for governance, legal or compliance purposes.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it. Other processing may be necessary for legitimate corporate purposes or compliance with law, subject to applicable safeguards.
4. Who may receive it
Information may be accessed by authorised personnel, corporate-service providers, technology or hosting providers and professional advisers where needed for the purposes described above. It may also be disclosed where required by law, court order or a competent authority. We do not sell personal data.
5. International access and transfers
Because enquiries may involve group participants or advisers in more than one country, personal data may be accessed outside Seychelles. Appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards should be used where required by applicable law.
6. How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably required to answer the enquiry, maintain an appropriate corporate record, protect legal rights or satisfy applicable obligations. Server-security logs are normally retained for a limited operational period unless an incident requires longer preservation.
7. Your rights
Subject to the Seychelles Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable limitations, you may have rights to know what personal data is held about you, request access, seek correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or restriction in appropriate circumstances, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commission of Seychelles.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect website information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should avoid sending highly sensitive information through the contact form.
9. Cookies and local storage
The current website uses only essential local storage to remember display preferences. No advertising or analytics cookies are active by default. See the Cookie Notice.
10. Privacy contact
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@alnowaisfincorp.bramston.associates. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
